Park House

Land Securities is the largest listed commercial property company in the UK, owning some of the highest profile buildings in the country, including; Bluewater in Kent, Trinity in Leeds and Gunwharf Quays in Portsmouth.

NB Studio were commissioned by Land Securities to create a new visual identity and promotional collateral for Park House – a prestigious new mixed-use building in Mayfair, London.

The branding incorporated a distinctive circular pattern which featured prominently throughout the wooden presentation cases, manufactured for the project using hand-stained veneered MDF. The outers and inners of the cases were both laser etched and screen printed to coordinate with the printed inserts that were contained inside. The spines were hinged with a thin sheet of polypropylene to give a smooth, seamless finish and aid durability. These beautiful cases were finished with a custom-made aluminium closure.
